Kim is a Certified Veterinary Technician who has embraced veterinary medicine as her second
career. Working in the ICU at Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists (BEVS), Kim has
been a CVT since 2020 when she proudly graduated from VTC to fulfill her passion for providing
medical care to animals in her community. In addition to her veterinary technician degree, Kim
also holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering and project management.

Kim is the current VVTA Vice President, is a founding and active member of the local non-profit
Community Animal Aid (CAA) organization, is a Board Member for The Mitzvah Fund, and
volunteers with the Vermont Disaster Animal Response Team.

In her free time, Kim can be found adventuring with her golden retrievers Summit and Meadow,
relaxing with her FIP survival cat Scout and enjoying triathlon sports.
